We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Customized Items

Custom-made items are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started. Thank you for your understanding.


Non-Custom Items

If you’re not completely satisfied with non-customized products, we gladly accept returns within 30 business days from the original shipping date, provided items are in new and unused condition.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return and the reason.

  2. After receiving return instructions, package the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

  3. Drop off your package at your local post office or your preferred carrier.

  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.

  5. If you wish to return items to the nearest return address, please contact us at support@lovuso.com for assistance.


Return Conditions

  1. You have 30 business days from the original shipping date to request a return or exchange for non-custom items.

  2. Not eligible for return/exchange: customized items and limited-time promotional items.

  3. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  4. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

  5. Returns sent back without submitting a proper return request will not be accepted.

  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Please double-check your package before shipping. We cannot process products that were not purchased from lovuso.com.

Note: The original shipping fee and any optional “Shipping Guarantee” are non-refundable.


Return Address

Please contact Customer Service for the correct return address. We will reply as soon as possible.

Important: Do not send your return to the address printed on your package. That location does not handle returns and will delay processing.


Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is approved and processed, we issue the refund within 24 hours.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take 10–30 business days to post the refund to your account.

  • Processing time depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.

Shipping Cost & Relisting Fees

  • Return shipping costs vary depending on your shipping method.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC).

  • We do not charge relisting fees.
