Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries and regions, except a small number of remote islands or locations not supported by carriers.

2. How long does shipping take?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:
1–2 business days

Shipping Time:

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 9–12 business days

Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched, not from the purchase date.
Delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs inspections, holidays, or other unexpected factors.

3. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method and order value.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
You may track it on our “Track My Order” page once the tracking information becomes active (usually within 72 hours).


5. Order Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


6. Unclaimed / Returned Packages

Packages returned due to being refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs-related delays are beyond our control,but we almost never hear from any customers about paying for extra customs/import fees.


8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages if:

  • Certain items are on backorder

  • Package weight or size limits require splitting

If shipments are separated, you will receive tracking numbers for each package.


9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original shipping date

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • For exchanges, please contact us before returning any items so we can provide instructions

Freight To Collect (FTC): Not accepted


10. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, natural events, or carrier issues

  • High-volume seasons or stock shortages may extend processing time

  • Always ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate
